Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) is seeking a Global HRIS Solution Senior – Payroll to drive Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Absence Management and Time & Labor implementations across regions.

You will shape requirements, analyze options, and deliver scalable solutions while guiding cross‑functional teams and ensuring regulatory alignment. Qualifications

• Proven Oracle HCM Cloud experience with Payroll, Absence Management and Time & Labour implementations.
• 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud with leadership of development teams.
• Hands-on configuration experience and knowledge of HDL/HSDL and HCM Extracts.
• Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global development of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management solutions.
• Promote adoption strategies and align solutions with business goals across regions.
• Collaborate with HRIS teams to gather requirements and design technical implementations.
• Support payroll processing cycles and year-end activities; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end SDLC: requirements, design, build, test, deployment and training.
• Stay current on payroll regulations and Oracle HCM Cloud updates; drive enhancements.
