Bandit Running, a pioneering performance brand headquartered in Brooklyn, seeks a visionary Chief Operating Officer to oversee global supply chain, sourcing, production, fulfillment and logistics for rapid growth.

The COO will lead international distributor relationships, 3PL footprint expansion, and a true global omni-channel operating model—retail, wholesale, DTC ecommerce, and events—while driving margin expansion and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in operations, supply chain, sourcing, or logistics within premium apparel or consumer brands.
• Experience scaling global operations for omni-channel retailers, including wholesale and distributors.
• Proven track record negotiating terms with factories and suppliers for scaling and margin expansion.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, building high-performing teams across functions.
• In-office role based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, with competitive base salary and equity.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable global supply chain strategy for international growth.
• Lead apparel sourcing, production, logistics, and fulfillment from factory to customer delivery.
• Optimize relationships with international distributors and 3PL partners.
• Build a globally integrated omni-channel operating model across owned retail, wholesale, and DTC.
• Drive margin expansion, on-time delivery, and cost management across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align operational strategies with business goals.
