Job summary

Jobtailor in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, global PeopleOps initiatives from scope through go-live and handoff. You will drive entity formation, geographic expansion, M&A integrations, payroll migrations, and vendor transitions while coordinating stakeholders across Finance, Legal, IT, and Tax.

The role requires a hands-on operating style, strong judgment, and exceptional executive communication to distill risks and decisions for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience in global People infrastructure, including geographic expansion, entity formation, M&A integration, or related work.
• Hands-on operating style with bias toward action.
• Strong stakeholder management and judgment.
• Ability to align specialists and senior leaders across functions without formal authority.
• Clear, direct executive communication; distill complex programs into key decisions and risks.
• Strong AI fluency and using AI as a core part of work.

Responsibilities

• Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff.

• Build and drive program plans with requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, and readiness gates.
• Surface risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as facts change.
• Partner with People Ops, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, IT, and other teams.
• Own executive communication, decision points, and employee change communications.
• Build templates, SOPs, playbooks, and operating processes.
• Center the employee experience during high-change initiatives.

• Build and drive program plans with requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions

• Partner with People Ops, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, IT, and other teams
