Job summary

Webber Infrastructure, part of the Ferrovial group, seeks a mid‑level Quality/Operations professional to manage daily operations, asset programs, and contract compliance. You will collaborate across teams to meet safety, environmental, and quality standards while supporting reporting and governance efforts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years of experience, with travel to project sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relative discipline or equivalent.
• 2–3 years industry experience; supervisory experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of asset management, road maintenance or related field.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Contract Manager to meet contract obligations in quality, safety, environmental aspects, procurement, cost control, scheduling and estimating processes.
• Establish relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare monthly OPS, HSE, Change Order Summary, and Extra Work reports.
• Monitor schedules and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.
• Support training in Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, and continual improvement.
• Lead by example to promote safety and consistent governance across the business.
