Job summary

Ferrovial's Webber unit is seeking a Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects with a focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes developing teams, managing contracts, and delivering value to clients in a collaborative, innovative environment.

You will drive project performance, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to company policies while fostering a customer-centric approach across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is required.
• Transportation / Road asset management experience is highly desired.
• Professional Engineering License is highly desired.
• 5-10 years industry experience is required.
• Advanced knowledge of asset management and CMMS software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide structure, support, administrative systems and methodologies to meet project contract obligations in relation to infrastructure quality, safety, contractor agreements, procurement, cost control, scheduling and estimating management processes and procedures.
• Proactively respond to issues that impact contract requirements and facilitate timely solutions.
• Organize, direct, manage and coordinate the project team to build teamwork and high performance.
• Establish and maintain effective relations with the Client, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee planning, estimating, procurement, and financial responsibilities to optimize cost/benefit.
