Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Project Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage contract obligations, and drive revenue growth through client relationships and efficient project execution.

You will oversee planning, procurement, budgeting and finance while ensuring safety standards and compliance across all activities, with opportunities for professional growth within the Webber group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience (Required).
• Transportation/road asset management experience is a plus.
• Professional Engineering License is highly desirable.
• 5–10 years industry experience; supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of asset management in facility maintenance, repairs and operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project) and CMMS tools (DataStream MP2, INFOR EAM).

Responsibilities

• Provide structure, support, and methodologies to meet contract obligations in relation to quality, safety, procurement, cost control, scheduling and estimating.
• Respond to issues impacting contract requirements and implement timely solutions.
• Direct and coordinate project team to ensure high performance in asset operations and maintenance.
• Promote safety culture and develop employees’ safety, quality, and professional skills.
• Comply with Risk Management, QA and Safety programs and federal/state/local regulations.
• Maintain relations with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee planning, estimating, procurement and financial management to optimize costs.
