GE Vernova is seeking an Operations Lead for Heavy-Duty New Unit (HDNU) Controls Engineering. You will drive global reporting, budgeting, and workforce planning to enable successful delivery of GT, ST, HRSG and BOP projects.

You will provide data-driven insights to leadership, manage cross-functional partnerships, and ensure disciplined execution in a highly matrixed, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance or related field.
• 5+ years in operational leadership, project management or financial analysis in engineering or large-scale projects.
• Experience delivering budgeting, data management and performance reporting in a matrixed setting.

Responsibilities

• Own organizational reporting infrastructure and ensure data integrity across a global team.
• Partner with engineering, finance, and project leadership to align resource planning with milestones.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements to increase throughput.
• Lead budgeting processes and oversight of labor funding, expenditures, and overhead.
• Track KPIs (headcount, budget variance, software licensing) for leadership insights.
• Facilitate financial reviews to ensure funding targets and fiscal health.
