GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technical Leader in Services Projects for Gas Power Controls Engineering. The role leads technical scope execution from inquiry to commercial operation, covering HMI, networking, and control systems for turbines and balance of plant across market segments.

You will mentor engineers, drive architecture and testing plans, and collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in power generation and/or process control design, HMI and industrial networking.
• Strong background in HMI application software including Proficy iFix, Cimplicity, and Historian based products.
• Recent experience with Cisco network/HMI upgrades for steam turbine/gas turbine/balance of plant controllers with Modbus/GSM/OPC communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical scope execution and design for control systems projects across rotating equipment and balance of plant segments.
• Provide technical risk identification and mitigation across HMI and Networking scope.
• Ensure projects are executed on time and meet requirements through mentoring and direction of engineers.
• Support commercial teams with technical inputs for customer proposals and test plans.
• Coordinate system verification, validation, and commissioning activities.
