Job summary

GE Ver nova is seeking an Operations Lead in the Heavy-Duty New Unit Controls Engineering group. You will drive operational excellence, budgets, and performance reporting to support GT, ST, HRSG, and BOP projects on a global scale.

You will partner with engineering and finance leaders to ensure data integrity, effective planning, and disciplined execution, enabling informed decisions that deliver value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in operational leadership, project management, or financial analysis within engineering or large-scale projects.
• Ability to lead high-priority workstreams, manage competing demands, and deliver results under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Architect Operations: own organizational infrastructure, reporting, data integrity, and excellence across the global team.
• Strategic Alignment: synchronize resource planning with milestones and business objectives.
• Drive Efficiency: diagnose bottlenecks and lead process improvements to accelerate throughput.
• Financial Planning: lead budgeting processes and oversee labor funding and project expenditures.
• Governance: administer internal reviews and deliver data-backed narratives for leadership decisions.
