Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Manager/Sr Manager to lead the end‑to‑end performance of a global autonomous mobility partnership. Based in the U.S., you will coordinate across international markets, hold country teams to KPIs, and partner with senior leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

This hands-on, client-facing role requires strategic thinking, day‑to‑day ownership of data, reporting, and cross‑market alignment to ensure timely execution and delivery against commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years in account management, operations, client success, or similar roles in multi‑market environments.
• Certifications in Account Management, Client Success, or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Hands-on experience running business reviews (WBRs/MBRs/QBRs) and holding teams accountable to performance.
• Experience managing client escalations in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
• Background in technology, autonomous vehicles, mobility, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report on operational health of the global account and coordinate KPIs, deliverables, and timelines.
• Liaise between global leadership, client stakeholders, and in-country managers.
• Support Monthly Business Reviews with executive-ready materials and data synthesis.
• Analyze data across markets to identify risks, gaps, and performance trends.
• Standardize processes and reporting between international markets and the U.S.
• Manage client escalations with urgency and accountability.
• Support global supply/demand planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
