• Manage daily branch operations and administration
• Develop new business opportunities and client relationships
• Coordinate training programs, instructors, trainees, and certification activities
• Support recruitment and manpower projects
• Manage vendors, partners, consultants, and third-party providers
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business reports
• Support marketing, content, and development of new services
• Lead and supervise administrative and operational team
• Coordinate with international offices and management
• Identify market opportunities and support U.S. business expansion
