Job summary

World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Branch Manager to provide onsite leadership and operational support across multiple branches in the United States. You will drive customer service excellence, coach branch teams, and promote World Finance products to support customers’ financial goals.

Travel is required between branches with mileage reimbursement and a nationwide footprint across 16 states. We offer comprehensive benefits and a focus on growth from within.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite management coverage and leadership across multiple branches.

• Address customer needs holistically, matching them with loan and tax services.
• Drive growth by promoting World Finance products and services.
• Collaborate with and support branch teams to leverage strengths.
• Maintain compliance with policies and operational standards.
• Build relationships within communities and identify growth opportunities.
