Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years as a Supervisor in Operations, Warehouse, or Cooler areas or proven leadership of high-volume processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel; basic Power BI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize resources to execute daily operations and minimize waste.
• Coordinate production schedules and resource allocation to meet goals and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and execute Production, Control Tower, and Product Development activities across departments.
• Monitor production activities for compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Record and update operational information in company systems.
• Monitor schedules, workflow, and order fulfillment to ensure timely execution.
• Analyze KPIs, identify deviations, and report results to management.
• Lead and coach supervisors and area leaders to achieve goals and develop the team.
• Maintain cross-functional communication for operational continuity.
