Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex operations, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Proven success delivering measurable improvements in cost, productivity, throughput, and service.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Engineering, Technology, Finance, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the global Operations Excellence and Transformation strategy aligned to growth, productivity, and profitability.
• Own the global productivity roadmap and partner with leaders to deliver measurable performance improvements.
• Lead transformation initiatives focused on cost reduction, labor productivity, capacity optimization, and scalability.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global team of Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, and Transformation professionals.
