Ingram Micro Inc. seeks a Vice President, Global Operations Excellence & Transformation to lead enterprise-wide productivity, cost optimization, and scalable operating systems across the global distribution and logistics network.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Technology, Finance and Commercial leaders to deliver measurable improvements and long-term growth. The role requires 15+ years of senior leadership in operations or supply chain, experience with large transformation

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in complex operations or supply chain environments.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs within global organizations.
• Proven success delivering improvements in cost, productivity, throughput, and service.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Demonstrated success building operational excellence capabilities and sustaining enterprise-wide change.
• Experience supporting automated, technology-enabled, and labor-intensive environments.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead the global Operations Excellence and Transformation strategy aligned to growth and profitability.
• Drive improvements in network productivity, throughput, capacity utilization, inventory flow, and customer experience.
• Deploy a global operational excellence framework with governance, Lean principles, and standard work.
• Partner with Technology, Automation, and Engineering to deploy innovative solutions and automation roadmaps.
• Serve as strategic advisor to executives on transformation priorities, investments, and progress.
