Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking an experienced warehouse operations leader to supervise and coach a team, drive performance, and optimize the flow of goods. You will oversee receipt, storage, and shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across processes.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse operations with 3+ years in leadership, knowledge of WMS, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with coaching and development.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse teams; set goals and provide feedback.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory; optimize efficiency.
• Audit goods and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Lead projects from start to finish and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure timely deliveries and issue-resolution.
• Maintain safety protocols and a secure work environment.
