Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc is seeking a Chief Operations executive to drive enterprise-wide transformation across its global distribution and logistics network. The role focuses on productivity, cost optimization, capacity, and standardized practices to enable sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Technology to deliver measurable business results and an operating system for continuous improvement at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex operations, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, fulfillment, distribution, or engineering environments.
• Significant experience leading large-scale operational transformation and productivity programs within global organizations.
• Proven success delivering measurable improvements in cost, productivity, throughput, capacity, service, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the global Operations Excellence and Transformation strategy aligned to growth, productivity, and profitability objectives.
• Drive improvements in network productivity, throughput, capacity utilization, inventory flow, labor efficiency, and customer experience.
• Establish and deploy a global operational excellence framework with governance, leadership coaching, and Lean practices.
