Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Ten years of managerial experience with budgetary responsibility preferred in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing experience with a focus on operations and CI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant operations meet safety and environmental rules and regulations.
• Instills a plant safety culture to drive world-class safety performance.
• Establish strategic goals and align operations with company goals and values.
• Build collaborative relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Drive plant productivity and efficiency using effective technologies.
• Ensure on-time delivery, safety and quality against business objectives.
• Create metrics and continuously improve processes using data and metrics.
• Develop and manage operation budgets to promote profitability and monitor margins.
• Lead, develop and coach the team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Communicate effectively across business units to meet objectives.
• Lead change management initiatives for the area of responsibility.
