Job summary

Vida Group International is seeking a Director of Operations to lead fast-growing global manufacturing and technical centers across the Americas, Asia and Europe. The role focuses on safety, cost control, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

You will build strong relationships with senior leaders, manage budgets, and mentor a diverse team, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards across all plants.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex manufacturing/industrial operations.
• Experience with lean and CI in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.

• Ensure plant operations meet company and government safety and environmental rules.
• Instill a safety culture to drive world-class safety performance.
• Set strategic goals for manufacturing and technical centers and align with company values.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.

• Develop budgets with plant managers and monitor profitability.
• Manage and develop staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
