Job summary

Dover Corporation’s OPW division seeks a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to develop, drive, and champion a Continuous Improvement environment across global units, delivering manufacturing transformation and measurable business results.

The role requires mentoring sites, leading cross-functional CI projects, and building KPI dashboards while promoting safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. Travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in an Operations or CI role.
• Experience in project management within manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Excel/Word; familiarity with PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Mentor locations on Operational Excellence and CI best practices.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across sites.
• Lead cross-functional, large-scale CI projects and roadmaps.
• Develop KPIs to monitor CI results monthly.
• Coordinate resources between Dover and OPW.
