• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, and Customer-facing teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Understanding of distributed systems, backend services, REST APIs, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable Open API-based integration solutions and tools across commerce, fulfillment, and partner ecosystems.
• Partner with strategic merchants, ISVs, and internal teams to design scalable integration patterns and architectures.
• Analyze customer pain points, data, and platform metrics to identify opportunities for automation and scalable engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, and customers to solve technical challenges and influence product direction.
• Serve as the technical owner and trusted advisor for complex customer integrations.
• Build lightweight tools, automation, proofs-of-concept, and custom solutions to improve adoption and business metrics.
• Use SQL and data analysis to identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven recommendations.
