Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking an E‑Commerce Specialist for TikTok Shop in Costa Mesa, CA. The role drives GMV growth, optimizes KPIs, and ensures account health and compliance.

You’ll coordinate across affiliates, agencies, promotions, inventory, and fulfillment to deliver strong sales and excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in e‑commerce, direct TikTok Shop experience, and a hands‑on mindset to execute and optimize initiatives with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e‑commerce or marketplace account management.
• Direct TikTok Shop experience preferred.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics preferred.
• Strong communication with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in Korean and English required.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end TikTok Shop business and drive GMV growth.
• Manage affiliate strategy and performance with external partners.
• Plan and execute TikTok Shop promotions and campaigns.
• Forecast and coordinate inventory and fulfillment with 3PL.
• Collaborate with CS and 3PL to resolve fulfillment issues.
