Stronger Youth Brands seeks an Online Training Manager to oversee our LMS platforms and drive instructional design across the SYB portfolio of brands, including Little Kickers and Soccer Shots. You will translate adult learning theory into engaging online courses and collaborate with subject matter experts to own course development and deployment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field, 3+ years in online learning, and strong project management.

Mansioni

• Oversee two LMS systems/portals: updates, communications, learning content, user training, and vendor contact.
• Lead instructional design strategy: develop learning materials and online tracks for franchisees and various audiences.
• Act as adult learning SME for Stronger Youth Brands.
