Job summary

Stronger Youth Brands is hiring a Curriculum & Coach Development Specialist to lead basketball curriculum development for ages 2-11 and to create coaching resources. You will design session plans, produce tutorial videos, and gather franchise feedback to improve programs.

The role combines education expertise with training, curriculum innovation, and LMS administration in a remote, contract-to-hire setup. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in coaching/training, 2+ years in curriculum design, and a

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in education, coaching, or related field.
• At least 2 years designing curricula or training content.
• At least 3 years in training, coaching, mentoring, or developing coaches.
• Minimum 3 years of public speaking, presentation, or facilitation experience.
• Experience coaching youth and coordinating curricula is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine Basketball curriculum for children ages 2-11.
• Coordinate and record curriculum tutorial videos.
• Collect, analyze, and integrate feedback from the franchise community.
• Conduct live in-person, synchronous, and asynchronous online trainings.
• Develop trainings and presentations for regional and global conferences.
• Maintain LMS portal content and provide LMS admin support.
• Act as subject matter expert on curriculum and training coaches.
