Job summary

Precision for Medicine in the United States is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager / Senior Clinical Project Manager focused on oncology. You will oversee full-service, global trials, coordinating across data management, safety, biostatistics, and medical monitoring to ensure timely, within-scope delivery.

You will manage client relationships, bids, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration, driving quality and efficiency in a dynamic CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• Experience leading full-service PM in CROs.
• 4+ years PM experience in clinical trials, oncology focus.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and clinical development processes.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proficient written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead global/ regional Phases I–IV oncology trials with full service oversight.
• Act as primary client liaison, supporting proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and sponsor communications.
• Manage budgets, timelines, scope, and quality across projects.
• Oversee protocol development, study documents, and site contracts.
• Drive study delivery, metrics, and risk management.
