Job summary

Amgen, based in Thousand Oaks, CA, is seeking a Global Insights Senior Manager to partner with brands and cross-functional teams across oncology. You will own the integrated insight agenda, generate strategic perspectives, and inform commercialization planning and lifecycle management.

You will lead high-priority insight initiatives, connect learnings across the portfolio, and collaborate with global marketing, analytics, and analytics partners.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2+ years of market research/analytics experience.
• Master’s degree and 4+ years of market research/analytics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of market research/analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated insight agendas across priority brands, pipeline assets, disease areas, and cross-portfolio initiatives.
• Synthesize information from market research, CI, and analytics to develop strategic insights.
• Plan, design, and lead primary market research with research agencies across product lifecycles.
• Communicate insights to senior leadership to influence brand decisions.
