Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager, Global Insights in Oncology to serve as a strategic partner to brand teams, owning the integrated insight agenda for assets in the portfolio. You will shape global commercialization strategies, lifecycle management, and critical decision making by synthesizing diverse data sources and leading cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Requires Doctorate with 2+ years of market research/analytics experience
• Master’s with 4+ years of MR/analytics experience
• Bachelor’s with 6+ years of MR/analytics experience
• Associate’s with 10+ years of MR/analytics experience
• High school diploma with 12+ years of MR/analytics experience
• Preferred: deep business acumen and ability to influence senior decisions
• Preferred: experience leading cross-functional teams and external vendors

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated insight agendas across priority brands, pipeline assets, disease areas, and cross-portfolio initiatives
• Synthesize market research, competitive intelligence, secondary data, and internal knowledge into strategic insights
• Lead ad hoc secondary analytics and integrate data into evidence-based narratives
• Develop business cases and facilitate workshops to support lifecycle management and go/no-go decisions
• Plan, design, and lead primary market research with agencies across product lifecycles
