Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Insights to spearhead the integrated insight agenda for a global brand or pipeline asset. You will partner with global marketing, value & access, forecasting, and analytics teams to shape go-to-market strategy and lifecycle management.

In this role, you will lead primary and secondary research efforts, translate insights into actionable strategy, and present to senior leadership.

• Demonstrated strategic and critical thinking skills
• Ability to influence key decisions
• Experience owning an integrated insight agenda
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading primary research and managing multiple stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Independently own the integrated insight agenda for a global brand, pipeline asset, or disease area.
• Synthesize market research, competitive intelligence, and internal data to develop strategic insights.
• Lead ad hoc analytics and integrate evidence into narratives and recommendations.
• Develop business cases and facilitate workshops supporting lifecycle management and go/no-go decisions.
• Plan, design, and lead primary market research with agencies across asset lifecycles.
