You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and field leaders to ensure compliant scientific communication and impactful engagement with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences with publication experience.
• Experience with publication planning and vendor management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and oversight of global and US scientific communication and HCP engagement plans across product medical leads and field leaders.
• Develop and manage the publication plan, briefs and deliverables (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, oral presentations).
• Drive operational excellence, define KPIs and foster digital innovation and process improvements.
• Lead collaboration across Amgen India and cross-functional partners; mentor staff as needed.
