Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Senior Director, Oncology Forecasting to lead the global forecasting function across marketed products, launches, and lifecycle opportunities. You will establish the forecasting vision, governance, standards, and discipline needed to deliver objective, transparent forecasts that shape commercial strategy.

Reporting to the VP, Global Insights and Analytics, you will partner with Global and U.S.

Qualifications

12+ years in pharma/healthcare with forecasting experience.
Leadership of high-performing forecasting teams.
Experience presenting to senior leaders in a matrix environment.
Deep understanding of pharma data sources and forecasting methods.
Experience with launch, lifecycle management and BD evaluations.

Responsibilities

Lead forecasting for Global Oncology portfolio, including inline brands in the U.S. and key international markets, launch assets, lifecycle management opportunities, pipeline assets, and business development evaluations.
Set the forecast approach for annual plans, mid-year commitments, long-range forecasts, portfolio reviews, and scenario analyses with cross-functional partners.
Lead assessment of portfolio opportunities, risks, lifecycle initiatives, and BD opportunities through forecast modeling and clear business implications.
Present forecast assumptions, risks, and strategic trade-offs to senior leadership and influence decisions.
Drive forecasting innovation and integration of data assets across Insights & Analytics.
