Job summary

Takeda is seeking an Associate Director Launch/Pre-Launch Forecasting Lead to drive forecast strategy for key oncology assets within Global Insights and Analytics. You will collaborate with Global/US Marketing, Market Access and I&A to deliver short-, mid-, and long-range forecasts and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years forecasting, finance, or business analytics in biopharmaceuticals.
• Experience in oncology required.
• Experience with PowerBI and Tableau.
• Hands-on experience running complex forecasting models.
• Experience in a highly-matrixed environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global and US strategic forecasts for key oncology assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Access, Medical and I&A teams to incorporate market insights into forecasts.
• Lead consensus-building to align forecast assumptions.
• Leverage analytics and multiple data sources to enhance market understanding.
• Implement best-in-class forecast modeling focusing on accuracy and agility.
• Triangulate assumptions with data sources and models; develop what-if scenarios.
• Provide forecasting leadership to cross-functional partners to plan commercial impact.
