Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10+ years delivering complex analytical projects in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in developing forecast models and extraction of forecasting insights.
• Direct line management experience and leading high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate forecast modeling approaches, tools, and techniques.
• Lead forecasting cycles aligned with enterprise forecasting process.
• Collaborate with Marketing Engagement, Market Research, Data Science, and Payer Analytics.
• Build and mentor a high-performing forecasting team across regions.
• Communicate forecasts, insights, and implications to stakeholders.
