Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's or Bachelor's with marketing experience in a related org.
• Marketing experience aligned with Marketing/Sales required for seniority.
• Experience leading global cross-functional workstreams from analysis to execution.
• Ability to work across regions and affiliate markets with strategic consistency.
• Proficiency with MS Office and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global commercial workstreams across launch readiness, lifecycle initiatives, and opportunities.
• Synthesize market, clinical, competitive, access, and business inputs into recommendations.
• Develop roadmaps with priority markets and functions, including milestones and risks.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams, clarify decisions, manage interdependencies, drive resolution.
• Translate emerging evidence into commercial implications for positioning and lifecycle strategy.
• Partner with regional and affiliate teams to translate global direction into local execution.
• Assess market needs and bring commercial perspective to planning and decisions.
• Track progress, surface risks, and adjust plans based on data.
• Use AI-enabled tools to strengthen insight and planning, with effective review processes.
• Contribute to an inclusive, accountable team culture and Amgen values.
