Netflix’s Internal Communications team in Los Gatos seeks an experienced communications leader to partner with Product, Tech, Ads, Games, and FinOps. You will craft global strategies and executive communications that keep employees informed and inspired.

You’ll lead events, manage editorial calendars, and advise leaders while building trust across levels. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and collaboration in a fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in communications, preferably within technology or entertainment industries.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills—an expert simplifier.
• Ability to work autonomously with internal partners at all levels.
• Scrappy and entrepreneurial mindset, able to connect with audiences.
• Navigate ambiguity with good judgment and discretion.
• Experience managing and growing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design global communications strategies and draft executive communications.
• Manage organizational events (e.g., town halls) and editorial calendars.
• Build a consistent drumbeat of updates through channels like email, Slack, and video.
• Proactively communicate with key audiences and align messaging with business priorities.
• Guide leaders’ communications styles and approaches to build trust.
• Identify scalable solutions and anticipate challenges to keep programs on track.
• Mentor team members and support talent development, including onboarding.
• Learn and apply AI tools to enhance team effectiveness.
