Job summary

Sport Alliance seeks a VP Onboarding to own the global onboarding function, setting standards, playbooks, and quality across markets. You will build the structure, leaders, and processes that enable fast, predictable go-lives at scale.

You will lead onboarding teams across Australia, the USA, Germany, and Poland, and collaborate with Sales on pipeline readiness and capacity planning, ensuring global consistency with local needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Enterprise SaaS onboarding, implementation, or Technical CS with leadership.
• Experience scaling onboarding across multiple regions.
• Proven ability to lead distributed, multi-time-zone teams.
• Strong operational mindset and structured execution capability.
• Knowledge of platform configuration, data migration, API integrations, and workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executive-level communication.
• Hands-on AI experience to drive operational impact.
• Familiarity with fitness or wellness platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the global onboarding strategy, operating model, and quality standards.
• Define global onboarding playbook and regional adaptation methods.
• Build, lead, and develop onboarding teams across Australia, USA, Germany, and Poland.
• Own key metrics: go-live speed, onboarding quality, capacity; report to leadership.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex onboardings.
• Partner with Sales on pipeline readiness and capacity planning.
• Balance global consistency with regional/customer needs.
• Own the function's budget and resource planning.
