Job summary

Applied Intuition in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks an Onboarding Program Manager to own the global onboarding strategy and its execution as we scale. This builder role designs the vision and runs the operational details that make each new hire’s first weeks excellent.

You will partner with Recruiting, People Operations, IT, and business leaders to embed our EVP and company values, delivering weekly orientations and regional rollouts across HQs and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in a People/HR role.
• Built or rebuilt a first‑in‑class onboarding program with strategic design and rollout.
• Experience linking EVP and culture to onboarding and lived experience.
• Management of enterprise programs across regions or business units.
• Data-driven, detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate change and protect onboarding quality as the business scales.
• Proactive problem solving to close gaps quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for global hires.
• Design and benchmark the program, build or redesign resources, milestones, and touchpoints.
• Embed company values and EVP into onboarding across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop and facilitate weekly orientation for cohorts at company HQs.
• Support team onboarding with technical expertise, partnering with leaders.
• Plan and implement changes based on feedback from new hires and stakeholders.
• Ensure systems, accounts, and touchpoints are ready before day one.
• Triage onboarding issues and serve as the front line for a great new‑hire experience.
