Job summary

Hasbro, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Global Onboarding to own the full lifecycle of the onboarding experience. You will lead strategy, design, implementation, and continuous improvement, connecting new hires to our culture and setting a foundation for growth.

This role is onsite Tuesday–Thursday at Boston, MA or Renton, WA locations. You will build a scalable framework, partner with HR/IT/Facilities, and manage LMS platforms and onboarding tools to ensure a consistent, globally inclusive

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent, or related function.
• Experience building scalable onboarding programs that are engaging and measurable.
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
• Build a scalable onboarding framework across geographies, functions and levels.
• Develop Day 1, Week 1, and 30/60/90-day journeys and capstone quarterly events.
