Job summary

Aquent is seeking an experienced program and events professional to drive global onboarding initiatives. You will lead end-to-end logistics for quarterly in-person onboarding events hosting 250-300 attendees and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or event management with large-scale/global programs.
• Proven track record as an Event Manager/Producer coordinating complex events.
• Background as an Executive Business Partner (EBP) or Executive Assistant (EA) with event coordination experience.
• Experience in UX Operations with emphasis on program management.
• Exceptional self-organization and ability to prioritize tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics and execution for quarterly in-person onboarding events hosting 250-300 attendees.
• Manage dedicated communication channels as primary point of contact for attendee inquiries (travel, scheduling, details).
• Develop agendas, coordinate calendar invites, prepare facilitators, and oversee production tasks for events.
• Provide ad hoc program support including documentation and cross-team initiatives (leadership forums).
• Collaborate with program management teams to streamline operations and own key tasks.
