Why It Matters

Onboarding is the first chapter of every employee’s Hasbro story. Done well, it accelerates performance, builds belonging, and sets the tone for a long and successful career. Done poorly, it erodes engagement before it can take root.

As the owner of this program, you’ll have a direct and lasting impact on how thousands of people experience Hasbro—and on the culture we’re building together. If you’re passionate about new hire experience, love building at scale, and want to do meaningful work at a company with a century of creativity behind it—we can’t wait to meet you.
