Qualifications

15+ years of experience in the design/construction industry.
10+ years in the life sciences industry, with knowledge of life science facility operations.
Bachelor’s degree(s) in architecture, engineering, construction, or science/technology related to CRB markets.
Strong leadership and strategic mindset with ability to mentor colleagues.

Responsibilities

Strategize and identify industry evolution pathways and gaps.
Be CRB’s face for Oligo & Peptides, building brand and reputation.
Work with Market Engagement Team to pursue global opportunities and early client engagement.
Strengthen design capabilities and maturity through mentoring and training programs.
Grow CRB’s regulatory expertise and engagement with global bodies.
Differentiate CRB by evolving value propositions and capabilities.
Act as global ambassador for Oligo & Peptides across regions.
