CRB is seeking a Director, Oligo & Peptide Market Segment Leader to drive long-term global strategy and growth for the Oligo & Peptides segment within Life Sciences. You will lead a cross-functional team, shape industry strategy, and build CRB’s presence through conferences, publications, and client engagement.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, mentoring, and expanding CRB’s market footprint with regulatory expertise and industry thought leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in design/construction industry.
• 10+ years in life sciences industry with Oligo & Peptides.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of Oligo & Peptides processes, cGMP regulations.
• Strategic mindset and trend analysis.
• Public speaking and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategize industry trends and future evolution of the therapeutic science and manufacturing methods.
• Be CRB’s face for the market, building brand across regions and engaging at conferences and with clients.
• Increase CRB’s market capture with Business Development, early client engagement, and win-strategy planning.
• Strengthen CRB’s design capabilities and mentor development programs within the organization.
• Grow CRB’s regulatory expertise and engage with global regulatory bodies.
