Job summary

CRB is seeking a Director, Oligo & Peptide Market Segment Leader to advance our design and construction leadership within the Life Sciences industry. You will lead a cross-functional team, shape global strategy, and help CRB capture strategic opportunities across oligiopeptide markets.

The role requires 15+ years in design/construction and 10+ years in life sciences, with deep process knowledge and strong mentorship capabilities.

Qualifications

15+ years in design/construction industry.
10+ years in life sciences industry.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering/construction.
Deep knowledge of Oligo & Peptides processes and cGMP regulations.
Strategic mindset with ability to identify trends and innovations.
Public speaking and technical writing skills.
Active involvement in professional organizations.
Demonstrates CRB’s values and culture.

Responsibilities

Strategize and investigate trends and future industry directions; identify evolution pathways and gaps.
Be CRB’s face for the market across regions, building brand awareness and engaging with conferences, webinars, and publications.
Increase CRB’s market capture by aligning with Business Development and Sales for strategic win opportunities.
Strengthen CRB’s design capabilities; mentor development programs and grow SME networks.
Grow market regulatory expertise; engage with global regulatory bodies and industry groups.
Support operations by aligning project approaches and providing program-level guidance on complex projects.
Differentiate CRB by continually improving value propositions and market positioning.
Act as a global ambassador for Oligo & Peptides across regions.
