Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in design/construction.
• 10+ years in life sciences with Oligo & Peptides exposure.
• Strong strategic mindset and trend-reading ability.
• Active in professional orgs focused on Oligo & Peptides.
• Excellent public speaking and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategize trends and future directions for therapeutic science and manufacturing.
• Be CRB’s market face, building brand across regions and engaging clients.
• Drive market capture with BD, pre-positioning and win strategy.
• Grow design capabilities and mentoring networks.
