Qualifications

• 15+ years in design/construction industry.
• 10+ years in life sciences industry, especially oligo & peptides.
• Bachelor level degree in architecture/engineering/construction or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of oligo & peptides processes and cGMP.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and identify future industry trends and pathways.
• Be CRB’s market face; build brand and reputation globally.
• Increase market capture with Business Development and Sales Services alignment.
• Strengthen design capabilities; mentor development; grow SME network.
• Grow regulatory expertise; engage with global regulatory bodies.
• Provide program alignment and support on complex projects.
• Differentiate CRB with value proposition evolving with the industry.
• Act as global ambassador for Oligo & Peptides across regions.
