The role partners with senior leaders to drive strategic pursuits, mentor staff, and enhance CRB’s technical excellence, thought leadership, and client engagements across regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in design/construction industry.
• 10+ years in life sciences with Oligo & Peptides knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Deep knowledge of Oligo & Peptides processes and cGMP.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
