Job summary

BeiGene, Ltd. seeks a Senior Director of Organizational Change Management within Global Technology Solutions. The role leads enterprise OCM strategy, governance, and sponsorship across regions, with a focus on security, compliance, and trusted data.

You will scale a global OCM center of excellence, shaping strategy, sponsorship, governance, and risk mitigation across ERP, ServiceNow, and AI adoption to enable a unified technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's strongly preferred.
• 12+ years in organizational change, transformation, or OD.
• Change Management Certification: Prosci/CCMP or equivalent preferred.
• Transformation credentials: PMP/Agile/Lean or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the GTS OCM vision, operating model, standards, and roadmap.
• Advise leaders on organizational impacts and sponsorship interventions.
• Oversee OCM across GBS, ServiceNow, ERP, AI, and operating model change.
• Lead the Global OCM Center of Excellence with methodologies and best practices.
• Establish measures for readiness, adoption, and value realization.
