Job summary

Slipstream Life Sciences seeks a Senior Manager OCM to lead organizational change for global CRM programs in the life sciences space. You will own change strategy and execution from mobilization through adoption, collaborating with executive sponsors and cross‑functional teams.

This hands‑on consulting role requires strong experience in CRM platforms, stakeholder management, and scalable methodologies, with travel as required to client locations and the ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of change management, business transformation, or tech transformation experience.
• Experience leading OCM for CRM implementations or migrations in life sciences.
• Strong understanding of pharma/biotech operating models and global programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OCM strategy and delivery for global CRM programs across regions.
• Develop integrated change plans covering engagement, readiness, and adoption.
• Coach sponsors and leaders, translating changes into actionable interventions.
• Define adoption metrics and dashboards, ensure alignment with roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize change activities.
