Job summary

Slipstream Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Manager OCM to lead organizational change management for global CRM implementations and enterprise transformation programs across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access and related functions. You will own change strategy from mobilization through adoption, leading client interactions, workshops, and executive communications.

This hands-on consulting role also helps build Slipstream's OCM capability, shaping methodologies, templates, and assets

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive organizational change management or business transformation experience.
• 3+ years leading OCM workstreams for complex enterprise technology programs.
• Experience leading change for CRM implementations or migrations (Veeva, Salesforce, etc.).
• Life sciences industry experience with pharma/biotech operating models.
• Experience leading change across global, multi-region programs.
• Ability to translate CRM, process, data, and operating-model changes into role-level impacts and interventions.
• Experience with executive sponsorship coaching and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to develop adoption and readiness metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OCM strategy and delivery for global CRM implementations and enterprise programs.
• Develop integrated change plans covering engagement, impacts, communications, training, and adoption.
• Lead executive sponsorship, workshops, and change-network activities.
• Define adoption metrics and dashboards; drive corrective actions.
• Partner with program leadership and technical teams to stay synchronized with transformation.
• Manage OCM workstream plans, budget, risks, and reporting.
• Mentor OCM consultants and support pre-sales and advisory activities.
