Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments between customers, Customs, and government agencies.
• Provide timely customer service and update clients on shipment status.
• Review and process documentation; ensure accurate invoicing and system updates.
• Obtain releases from government agencies and arrange receiving/delivery.
• Assist with quotations, letters, and communications as directed.
• Monitor pre-alerts to track freight arrivals and document timelines.
