Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute ocean export shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Prepare and manage export documentation for compliance.
• Arrange cargo collection and inland transportation; monitor shipment progress.
• Maintain communication with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and vendors.
• Provide shipment updates and resolve issues proactively.
• Track shipments and ensure milestone updates in systems.
• Assist with billing and invoicing related to shipments.
